ETHICS and RULES of the Regnum-Irae CLAN
- We want to promote our clan in the best manner possible.
- Regnum-Irae's members play for fun, for be a closed group and not for personal reasons like ladder rankup purposes or in order to be promoted in ranks.
- When you enter any Game using the Regnum-Irae insignia you must have the upmost respect for all players and Clans.
- You must always use regnum tag when playing, in every game division, if you werent there in other structures before the Regnum-Irae. This case you may not allowed to join reserved officers sections and rank up to liutenant. Your choice then leave your old structure but we do not apply this rule to our already ranked and old members (in force before this changes).
- If u are not registered into our clan then get registered, when in matches their rules apply...So get to know them.
- Every loss is a lesson, which may help you learn not to lose, in the future.
- If you show no improvement in your activity and conduct or lack loyalty, honor, or skills (where as required in rules, not based by players in-game skills) then you will be dropped from our roster for the appropriate game.
- We do not allow cheating in any fashion, we in no way endorse cheating in any form or fashion. If caught cheating you will be booted from our clan.
- If someone is playing better than you, they might not be cheating. If you have proof of someone cheating take it to leaders.
- This clan is run on the function of the chain of command. But no one under soldier counts in this chain of command. The only members that have any say in our clan, are the leaders and trusted officers of the appropriate game for Regnum-Irae.
- If an officer member tells you to shut up, just do it!! It may be best for all parties...
- As leaders and officers, we will not take any shit from any of our members. So if we (soldier) piss you off tough shit.
- We will not tolerate any nonsense from any of our members.
- All members are expected to be mature at all times. We do not accept any immature attitudes from any member within Regnum-Irae
- War declarations are always ignored. We will straight forward following our own way.
- Organize matches is up to clan leader or officers carrying orders, not to members.
- When in match's we will not tolerate someone intentionally quitting on us because arguing with fellow members. You may be booted from this clan, for not sticking it out with your fellow members. We take this as a serious action for getting booted out of our clan..
- Racism or stereotyping for poor reasons WILL NOT be tolerated. Any such things displayed is forbidden. If such behavior is discovered, the member will be expelled from the Regnum-Irae clan immediately.
- If a member plays his own games in which Regnum-Irae has no active division, he can use every tag and join other clans or structures.
- We will not tolerate those people fighting in our clan and also in others or hiding themselves without leader special purpose authorization. If such behavior is discovered, the member will be expelled from the clan.
- No act of insubordination or rebellion agaist higher ranks will be tolerated.
- You must be over 14 unless we ok you to join (See privacy policy. We can do exceptions evaluating members case by case. But if you join us with false informations and we will find out and, you may be subject to ridicule and expulsion from this clan.
- Once you have become a regular member of the clan you must register on your preferred division roster.
- You have to know names of the heads of the clan. Levels 10, 11, 12, 13 and founders. In the case they join a fight with you in any division and maybe for the first time, you have to know them, do salute and show respect for them!
- It is required that you follow the "Regnum-Irae's main forums..." and do some post at least once a week. We may not contact you by mail about clan activities, so do keep you informed reading posts and announcement. It is also required your partecipation in your preferred game division forum as above. If you do not partecipate in forums, you may never get promoted.
- You will be a Regnum-Irae's member for life even in case of inactivity.
- Your name may be removed from the roster for organizative purposes only. Once you back, ask reenlistment.
- If you think you will be inactive for a short time, please tell us and we will keep your name in the rosters.
- You are subject to agree with the division rules in which you will play.
- Most of all.....Have fun. Regnum Forever!
CONDITIONS TO JOIN A CLAN DIVISION (Squadron)
Included in these conditions also apply to your Main Clan Membership which is stated in #3.
- Officers in a division cannot play for other structures/clans because he is apart of our reserved structure/clan. However, for bootcamp members, members may continue playing in another structure/clan if they were previously in it before joining the Regnum-Irae division. This exception bars members from any possible promotions to the rank of Fighter until they leave that structure/clan to join the Regnum-Irae division.
- High Ranked and Regnum Officers will have their membership, rank, etc. maintained if they play in another structure/clan only if the following conditions are met:
- They must be senior and well-known members unless decided otherwise by RI officers.
- They were already in that clan before or at the time of which an RI division is initially created. They can also stay if they have been in that clan of which RI has an unsupported game and that clan expands into a game of which an RI division is already created in.
- Such clans will not be classified as 'Unfriendly'
- Such clans will NOT play competitive matches or do war against us as our policy indicates against wars. Note: Playing Skirmishes, Training, and Friendly matches are allowed.
3. Consequences and Terms of membership regarding other clans in a games division.
We will NOT allow members to re-join Regnum-Irae in thus cases:
- If they leave an active RI Division to join another structure/clan without notifying the RI division leaders or an RI officer. Due to new rules, if someone leaves the RI active division with or without notifying the RI division leaders or an RI officer and wishes to come back, he will be given one warning. If he decides to leave again with or without notification, then he will be kicked from Regnum-Irae permanently without hesitation. There are NO exceptions.
- Unless decided otherwise by RI Leaders
We will allow members to re-join Regnum-Irae in thus cases:
- If they are inactive for vacation/free time, work, family situations, school, etc. As rules indicate, those who are inactive may lose membership due to organizational periods. However, they may re-join if they come back and make the post to be re-enlisted.
Members have the duty to follow the Clan life that’s mainly expressed in Forums. We may remove membership thus cases:
- If they do not read the forums regularly (at least once every week and post atleast once every month) and does not post. Again, for organizational reasons, we may remove their name from the roster. They may ask why and we will explain the rules and reasons for this. They may still re-join if they come back and make the post to be re-enlisted or decide to leave without consequences.
- Note: We understand people are inactive for vacation/free time, work, family situations, school, etc. reasons and therefore, we will extend it up to but not limited to approximately 1-2 months (subject to change however RI Officers decide) until removing your name from the roster. Their membership status will be returned to them after they become active again or make that one post in the forums so we know they are active.
